    What a wonderful surprise! instead of a room we were given a spacious apartment with kitchen. clean, with everything we could need. charming young ladies at reception who were so helpful. great location near plaza d’espana and metro stations. would definitely recommend.

    50m from metro, quiet at night, great rooms, friendly and attentive staff, fast and reliable wifi connection to internet.room had a microwave and kitchen area which was unexpected, but did not have a kettle, cups, or tea/coffee making.

    Perfect location in the heart of madrid. great staff and facilities. i ran out of hot water the first day but once i was aware of it i was a little more moderate and never had an issue again. overall, great!
